A few things to know
What happens when I create my Dupli?
Personalise your Dupli, create your account and verify your email. Then choose a subscription to activate it, or redeem an eligible promo code. No invitation is needed.
When do my allowances reset?
Voice and text allowances reset on the first of each month at midnight UTC, including on yearly plans. Bonus and purchased minutes carry over.
How long can a match conversation last?
You choose a limit of up to 10 minutes per conversation. Your own setup interviews do not use your visitor conversation allowance.
Can I cancel?
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel renewal from your profile’s plan settings before your next renewal.
